Our dairy products are made with 100% buffalo milk, sourced exclusively from our trusted farm in Piana dei Mazzoni (Caserta). Our production methods combine tradition and innovation, always maintaining the highest level of artisanal quality.

Every day, our range of absolutely fresh and high-quality products is made up of authentic delights, starting with His Majesty the buffalo milk Mozzarella , passing through Ricotta, Zizzona, Provola and white and smoked Trecce, up to delicious cheeses such as Caciobufala and Primosale.
Every Tuesday and Friday , you can reserve and purchase our buffalo milk mozzarella and ricotta, also lactose-free , for a taste that is absolutely digestible, but indistinguishable from the original.
To this rich offering of Own Production we combine further quality proposals, designed to satisfy even the most demanding gourmets: the Selection of food and wine excellences sourced only from suppliers of the highest level, and the Gastronomy , which every day dedicates exclusive preparations to our customers, ready to be enjoyed.
